摘要
利用污染物分析鑑定技術可得知環境中污染物的種類及其濃度。由於環境樣品媒體不同基質又複雜，必須藉著前處理步驟來減少干擾，再加上染染物種類繁多，濃度又低，如何能正確的定性及定量這些污染物？除了必須仰賴不同的分析技術外，還要加上嚴謹的品管流程，以確保分析數據的準確性及精密性。

The kind of pollutants and its concentration can be determined by using various analytical techniques. Since the environmental samples exist in different matrices, the pretreatment procedures are used to eliminate the interferences. In addition, pollutant's concentration is very low, which makes it more difficult to qualitatively and quantitatively identify it. To obtain a high quality environmental data, one must need a validated analytical protocol and meet all the QA/QC requirements.
