本文報導中孔徑分子篩MCM-41之最新發展。MCM-41是一種具有六角規則排列孔道的分子篩,其表面積高,並且孔徑大小可謂(1.5 nm ~ 30 nm),因此有相當高的應用價值。本文介紹MCM 41的合成方法與形成過程、MCM-41性質的調整、MCM-41的應用、其他具有MCM-41結構之金屬氧化物的合成、以及無機物質與有機模板所形成的特殊形態(morphology)。
In this paper, we report the recent developments in the research of mesoporous silica MCM-41. The molecular sieve consists of hexagonally arranged linear channels with high surface area, and adjustable pore size (1.5 to 10 nm). We review the synthetic approaches, the format ion processes, the fine tuning of its properties, the metal-incorporated MCM-41, and its applications. We also give detailed discussions on the format ion of special morphology.
