玻璃醣醛酸的基本性質及生理意義

摘要


HA為一種高分子量多醣體,存在於胞外基質中。合成位置在細胞膜上,由醣分子的還原端加上下一個單醣分子,由非還原端開始送出細胞。HA在細胞間具有許多生理功能,例如維持體內水份及血漿蛋白平衡。在增生細胞中HA含量提高,猜測可能與細胞分到有關。部份細胞外有HA層附著於細胞膜上或是透過HA 特異性結合蛋白受器(receptors)結合,若是HA累積過多,亦會造成一些器官的官能障礙。目前在臨床醫學上HA亦有應用,例如高濃度的HA溶液(10 mg/ml)應用在眼科手術上;檢驗血清中HA含量則可以話斷肝疾病及各種發炎情形。
