摘要

精神異常 (psychiatric disorders)是一種很容易被人忽視的疾病，在沿襲許多傳統文化的東方社會裡，甚至容易被避諱談論或隱瞞病情。因此，原本也許是可以治癒的初期症狀，卻因拖延而變成較嚴重的病症。本文中對精神異常治療藥的基本藥理做了簡單介紹，並列舉數種目前較暢銷的幾個具代表性的精神異常治療藥做進一步探討，包括三環類抗憂鬱藥(tricyclic antidepressant)、選擇性血清素再攝入抑制劑(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, SSRI)、多巴胺攝入抑制劑(dopamine uptake inhibitor)、多巴胺曁血清 素對抗劑(dopamine & serotonin antagonist)、以及次安神劑minor tranquilizers等。對這些治療藥的作用與合成方法也做了簡單介紹。

Psychiatric disorders is a series of illness easily be neglected. In many cases, preliminary symptoms of psychiatric disorders would be delayed for treatments and eventually become serious diseases. In this article, we introduce the basic drug mechanisms and several top selling drugs of antipsychotic agents, including tricyclic antidepressant, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, dopamine uptake inhibitor, dopamine & serotonin antagonist, and minor tranquilizer, etc. The specific functions and synthesis of these drugs are also introduced and discussed.
