輻射技術處理含氯廢水的發展回顧─以TCE與PCE為例

摘要


水中有機氯的污染不論在美國或台灣,都發生類似事件。有機氯類溶劑在台灣用量相當龐大,已造成潛在污染的隱憂。應用輻射技術降解水中的有機物質,在實驗室等級已被證實有效,同時也被應用於純化工業與城市廢水。本篇以三氯乙烯(TCE)與四氯乙烯(PCE)的輻射降解為例,將回顧:1.輻射裂解(Radiolysis)的機轉。2.添加劑對降解的影響。3.輻射線去除有機氯的效果及降解反應。4.降解後,副產物的探討。最後歸納輻射技術應用於環境除污的流程及其成本效益評估;全球現今發展狀況及各種除污技術比較。

Not only in Taiwan but also in U. S.A., organic chlorine pollutants, such as trichloroethylene (TCE) and perchloroethylene (PCE), have been occurring. The consumption of organic chlorine solvent in Taiwan is so large that it increases the potentiality of environmental pollutions. In lab-scale, applying radiation technique to degrading waste water which contains organic chlorine has been demonstrated effectively;The method is also applied to purifying waste water in industry and in cities. In this review article, we take TCE and PCE degradation as samples. The content includes 1.The mechanism in radiolysis. 2. The effect on degradation caused by the added agent. 3. The ability to decompose TCE and PCE and those following reactions. 4. Discussing the byproduct from TCE and PCE degradation. Last, it will conclude the procedures the benefit of radiation applyed to sewage disposal, evaluate the development nowaday, and contrast various sewage disposal technologies.
