Immobilization of palladium complexes on inorganic materials has been an important potential class for organic catalytic reactions; particularly mesoporous silica materials possess advantages with high surface area and excellent chemical stability. This brief review introduced several mature and cheap mesoporous silica materials, and focused on the preparation and application of such heterogeneous supports grafted palladium complexes for the carbon-carbon cross-coupling reactions, such as (1) Suzuki-Miyaura Reaction, (2) Mizoroki-Heck reaction and (3) Sonogashira reaction, etc. The recyclability and leaching test of the heterogeneous catalysts will also be discussed.
