Study on Pedestrians' Different Landscape Perceptions on the Planting Design of the External Open Space of High-rise Buildings in the Seventh Rezoning Area of Taichung City

摘要


For urban development in Taichung City, after administration area moved to Xitun District, the surrounding roads become wider and the park increased in this area. Taichung Seventh Redevelopment Zone, which also located in Xitun District, has become a prosperous area in Taichung City. Therefore, more and more high-rise buildings, including residential, business, business-residential and public facility land that appeared in this area. By reviewing and generalising literature and research design, the study focuses on identity perception of the landscape planting design for high-rise building in different regions and different landscape space categories, which is divided into three regions and nine landscape space. Questionnaire was used to surrey the basic factors of planting design, which is divided into five basic principles and thirteen factors of self-explanatory sensitivity of plant design landscape perception. The results of the research and analysis show that pedestrians in different urban land use regions and different landscape space categories have different sensitivity to plant design of landscape perception. It also could act as references for direction planting design of landscape open space in Taiwan.
