台灣客家的民俗信仰－以六堆地區為例

摘要

由於民眾民俗信仰雖有些疑惑，例如：迷信、騙財、集體自殺……等，但宗教具有教化的功能，故「台灣客家的民俗信仰－以六堆地區為例」亟需加以重視。本文首先就六堆地區民眾的民俗信仰環境，探討文獻成果及宗教信仰的意涵；繼而，探討六堆地區的民俗信仰情形，同時做迷信的分析；最後，說明宗教的教化功能。研究中所採用的研究方法包括有:歷史研究法和田野調查法。其中以歷史研究法來歸納以往有關六堆地區民眾的民俗信仰活動研究的文獻，並分析其研究的成果之處。再則以田野調查法參與觀察和訪談等方法來收集六堆地區民眾的民俗信仰源流。綜合本研究的研究結果，我們不難發現其實宗教本身具有教化的功能:1.降低恐懼與緊張。2.離苦得樂。3.解釋異象。4.尋求意義。5.支持規範和價值。6.輪迴轉世。可以教化生活於其中的民眾。因此，若要使得臺灣民眾的宗教信仰未來朝向良性的發展，則可藉由社會教育的力量來發揚其良善的一面，並將其不符合現代社會的成分加以改善。學校鄉土教育將六堆地區民俗信仰納為教材，透過鄉土教育來普遍提昇學生對於民俗信仰活動的認知與關懷，以啟發學生並應用於生活上，使生活變得更祥和有禮。

The common people in the society has produced some interrogative because the folk custom religion. For example: religiose, cheat money, group suicide, etc. A Study of the Folk Custom Religion in Taiwan Hakka - an example of the folk custom religion of Lui Tui Hakka tribes become necessary affair because of the region have the function of education. Firstly, the text use the situation of the folk custom religion in Lui Tui Hakka tribes in conducting the literature review result the meaning of this folk custom religion. Secondly, it conduct the folk custom religion of Lui Tui Hakka tribes, In the meantime, it analyze the folk custom religion and religiose. At last, it explain the function of education of folk custom religion. The research method in this study inelude history survey, fieldwork. Firstly, I used the history survey to induce this area in in Lui Tui Hakka tribes research in the past and analyzed the results of them. Secondly, in the fieldwork, I used the participant of observation and depth interview to collect the history of the folk custom religion in Lui Tui Hakka tribes. To sum up the results of the study, it's not difficulty for us to find that folk custom religion itself had the function of education of deducting fear and gaining happy and explaining difference and researching truth and supporting normal and going to heaven, this can educate people who live in Taiwan. Therefore, we hoped the folk custom religion in Lui Tui Hakka tribes in the future could lead to a better development, and promote it' s good point and improve the anachronistic part by the power of social education. The native ( local geography and history) education at school regarded the Lui Tui public folk custom religion belief as the part of teaching material. We are all through the native (local geography and history) education to promote the cognition of the student to folk custom religion activity, with inspire a student also combine with life, make life more peaceful and polite.
