摘要


企業的建置與導入ERP系統所進行企業流程再造的過程,雖能獲得最佳實務流程的優點,但也伴隨著高成本和資料不一致等問題的存在。探討轉換動機上,包括企業系統欠缺整合、缺乏資料分享及資料不一致;全球化跨國經營,總公司資料集中化需求,區域與事業單位資料分散;同業問之競爭,加速上下游的資訊的流暢度等。由於ERP系統複雜性高,所以許多企業在導入時都面臨了很大的阻力,其中因「員工的認知」與「接受度不同」,而致導入失敗的例子時有所聞。今日由於資訊科技不斷創新,新資訊系統的導入勢必影響組織目前的作業流程、人員變革及技能需求等。企業經營面臨內部與外部環境前所未有的變動壓力,變革便成為企業經營的常用方式,在組織裡被要求快速反應當時的市場狀況,已成為企業奠定營運的基石和生存發展所必須建置的資訊系統。本論文主要內容是運用德菲法設計專家問卷,建構適合國內企業在籌獲ERP軟體程序成熟度之初步評估模式,探討降低員工抗拒變革管理的因素為何,並設計問卷雛形供國內企業就此評估模式進行自我評量。期望能預期此初步研究能使得許多尚未使用ERP系統或尚未導入ERP系統的企業以進行流程再造;並對於許多已導入ERP系統之企業內之員工所產生之變革問題能給予得到平衡,能以評估現行狀況以及願景為主要考量。

Main content of this paper is to use Delphi method experts in questionnaire design, construct suitable for domestic enterprises to raise ERP software programs were the initial maturity assessment model to explore reduces employee resistance to change management considerations are, and to design the questionnaire prototype of this assessment model for domestic enterprises self-assessment.
