The Stress Relief Management of the NPO Employee Discusses the Benefits of Art Therapy Group Intervention

Psychological pressure of management art therapyt program for pressure relief decreased significantly: the pressure index scale was used for the pretest-posttest and the average difference value p = 0.005 < 0.01 reached the statistically significant level. In this study, the results for the pretest-posttest of the above two scales were all significant, indicating that the members of the program had significantly improved their psychological stress status after the intervention of the art group program for stress relief management.
