弘光技術學院網路教師教學評鑑系統之實作與成效分析

The Practice and Effect Analysis of the Teaching Review System of Network at Hungkuang Institute of Technology

摘要


「教學」是學生與老師互動,共同參與的一個學習過程而不是教師單方向的給予及輸出的行為。教師教學技巧的良竅,對教學成效影響極大;如何使教師能直接獲得來至學生的意見,對教學技巧的改進將有極大的幫助。教師教學評鑑的主要日的為運用科學的方法和技術,提供學生對於老師授課方式及授課內容的意見反應,使教師可以就學生反應的資訊來分析學生學習的觀感及教學成效。教師教學評鑑的實施大多是以問卷的方式進行,早期都是將問卷製作成卡片,發給學生劃卡後繳回,再以光學閱讀機讀取卡片上的資料存入電腦。此種作法不但花費龐大的物力、人力,也消耗掉大量的紙張,相當的不環保。本論文建置一個網路投票系統為基礎的教師教學評鑑系統,將問卷以網頁之方式呈現供學生填寫,學生只要在網際網路的節點上以電腦設備,甚至於用個人數位助理(PDA)都可以填寫教師教學評量的問卷。老師亦可透過網路了解學生的反應與意見。本文中除了介紹弘光技術學院建構之教師教學評鑑系統平台外,並針對網路教學評鑑系統的實施成效作分析並對於應用上可能產生的問題提出討論。紙本教學評鑑方式和網路教學評鑑方式的實施比較,我們發現平均回收問卷率有稍微下滑的趨勢,可能原因為初次實施上宣導不夠確實,並且傳統紙上教學評鑑方式是學生「被動」劃卡,而日前實施網路教學評鑑方式必須由學生「主動」上網點選問卷。因此未來可能必須要思考如何鼓勵學生上網點選問卷,以確實達到教學相互回饋的效果。但是在「成本效益上及「系統執行成效」及「處理時效」三個方面都達到不錯的成效,節省了卡片製作經費、縮短處理時程及大量的人力資源。

Good of the technique of the teaching of the teacher, to the influence of the result of the teaching biggest; How to can make teacher being come to the opinion of the student directly, the improvement toward technique of the teaching will have tremendous help. Main purpose of the review of the teaching of the teacher is for making use of the method and the technique of science, providing the student for the teacher the opinion of the method of the teaching and teaching content responds, can make teacher going to school to get the information of the reaction to analyze the impressions and result of the teaching that student learning. The implementation of the review of the teaching of the teacher carries on by questionnaire mostly, wising all to manufactured the questionnaire in early days card, paid back after giving out the student the card of the dash, then read the data on the card to deposit the computer with the optical reader. This method not only cost the huge material resources and manpower, but also consumes a great deal of paper, very not environmental protection. This thesis sets up and place a network vote system as basal teaching review system of the teacher, presenting the questionnaire with web page of mode provide the student fills in, the student is only on the nodal point of the internet with computer equipment, even in can fill in the questionnaire evaluated by teacher teaching with the personal digital assistant (PDA). The teacher also can understand the reaction and opinion of the student through the network. This text in addition to introduction HUNGKUANG institute of technology construction of the institute of technology of the optics of teacher teaching review system terrace, also aim at the result of implementation that the teaching of network review system also make the analysis the problem that may generate for apply to put forward the discussion. Paper this teaching reviews the mode and the teaching of network reviews the implementation of the mode the compare, our average rate of the questionnaire of the recovery of the detection has a little bit down the trend that slip, possible the reason carry out for the first time guide not enough really, and traditional paper top the teaching reviews the mode is a student" passive" dash card, and at the present time implementation network teaching review the mode must be got to the Internet by student's" active" to select the questionnaire. Therefore may must consider in the future how to encourage the student gets to the Internet to select the questionnaire, to really reach the result that teaching give something backing to mutually. But in "cost efficiency" and" the system runs result" and" handle time limited efficacy" three all reach good result, save the budget of the manufacture of the card and shortening to handle timing and a great deal of human resource.
