建構學習型虛擬實踐社群之理論基礎

Constructs of Rationale the Learning Community of Virtual Practice

摘要


為使教學品質提高,以利技職體系人力資源之有效培育,當今教育體系組織面臨活化,而組織對於優勢競爭力之殷切需要,以能解決其教育困境等議題來看,組織學習儼然成為探究組織發展與變革之一項趨勢。然因應組織學習環境之快速變遷,以及呼應網際網路的發達,造就了新型態的多對多(many-to-many)溝通模式,也創造了「虛擬社群(virtual community)」的新名詞。善用虛擬實踐社群(community of virtual practice)之模式與概念已成為學習型態之風尚。虛擬實踐社群是西 方的創見,是當今西方社會下的產物,吾等想要一窺虛擬實踐社群之箇中意涵與建構基礎,可嘗試由社會學與心理學所發展的理論派典來著手。由近代社會學理論之內涵,在足以讓我們實地一探虛擬實踐社群之真實面目前,得事先瞭解西方世界傳遞知識的思維與脈絡,理解該項西方理論基礎是為了研究所需。本文闡述的是能解決現有教學問題的實務導向觀念:虛擬社群基礎理論,此本土性之虛擬實踐社群,應可提供相關教育工作者後續在教學方法上之新思維。

The organizational learning is a tendency to inquisition organization development and change. Pattern of and the concept the community of virtual practice have become prevailing custom of the learning state. The community of virtual practice is West's unique interpretation, is now under the Western society's product. The wish understood meaning of the community of virtual practice contains with the construction foundation, may attempt the theory which develops by the sociology and the psychology to begin. This article shows is can solve the existing teaching question practice guidance idea: community of virtual practice basic theory, the community of virtual practice should provide the new thought to the educator.
