摘要


學校實踐社群學習經驗之探究— 以一所西拉雅特色國小為個案 摘要 本研究目的在深入探究一所西拉雅特色小學實踐社群的生活世界,由其西拉雅特色學校生活中探究實踐社群學習經驗之歷程與價值,呈現此個案學校實踐社群較完整之學習經驗面貌。首先,研究者對特色學校與實踐社群之相關理論和研究做文獻探討,藉以構築本研究之先前理解。針對此個案研究,研究者運用主題分析法,試圖釐清此個案學校實踐社群學習經驗之意義結構,再現實踐社群學習經驗之外顯歷程與內隱價值。最後根據研究分析與文獻的對話,研究結論有二:壹、實踐社群創塑西拉雅特色學校,層層轉化形塑生命共同體之學習歷程。貳、實踐社群創塑生命共同體,集體建構學習新世界之情境、社群與資本價值,包括:開展學習新空間與自由度;創塑共價領導社群與多元績效責任;形成永續生存利基之社會資本,永續學習西拉雅公民生活美學。最後研究者根據研究結論提出研究建議與研究者省思,作為後續研究及特色學校創新經營之參考。 關鍵字:特色學校、實踐社群、社會資本、核心素養

The Learning Experiences of School Communities of Practice-- A Case Study of a Feature Elementary School with Siraya Culture Abstract The main purpose of this study was to probe into the life world of the school communities of practice in a feature elementary school with Siraya culture. Then the study tried to explore the developing process and the value from the learning experience of the school communities of practice, showing a more completely learning experience. First, the researcher did literature review to deeply understand the theories of feature school and communities of practice, in order to build the pre-understanding of the study. For this case study, the researcher used a thematic analysis, trying to interpret the meaning structures of the case study’s learning experience, and represented its outer developing process and inner value. Finally, according to the discussion on research analysis and the literature review, the research conclusions as follows: First, the school communities of practice constructed the feature school with Siraya culture, it transformed layer by layer to shape the learning process of the interdependent community of life. Second, the school communities of practice constructed the interdependent community of life, and collectively constructed the value of the situation, the community and the capital within the new learning world, including spreading out new space and freedom of learning; forming a co-valuing community of leadership with multiple accountability; framing the social capital as the niche for sustainable survival, so that the school communities of practice can sustain to learn the Siraya civic life aesthetics. Finally, based on the conclusions above, several suggestions and the researcher reflection were proposed to be the reference for the feature school innovative management and the further study.
