軟體工程之逆向工程方法與UML應用研究─以醫院人力資源系統為例

摘要


醫療院所導人資訊科技並進行資訊化後,除可有效的提升整體的作業效率外,亦可以提高醫療照護的品質。而人力資源的管理在由衆多專業人員組成的醫療院所機構中也顯得甚爲重要,但重新建構一新的人力資源系統配合既有的醫院資訊系統,將會耗費相當的時間、人力與物力;因此本研究採用逆向工程理論進行資訊系統的重新建構。逆向工程,在工業界中的使用日漸廣泛,其主要原因是逆向工程可縮短產品設計時間和降低成本,也提供了一個新的產品設計流程。在軟體工程的應用裡,新系統的開發通常是非常耗費時間與人力成本的,而逆向工程的技術,在以重新再造系統的基礎上,即能克服以傳統系統發展方式所產生的相關問題,而人力資源系統在以專業人員爲主的醫療院所裡,其資料與系統的複雜程度不下 於一般企業。因此建構一完整並能提高作業效率之人力資源系統是有其需求,且其複雜程度也應具有一定之代表性。本研究以OOA/OOD爲基礎,運用逆向工程和UML的方法、理論,透過應用其論點,實證並導出本研究之醫院人力資源系統整個開發的過程與實作,並提出其產生之效益。本研究在以逆向工程理論完成人力資源系統的再生工程後,並在中部某地區醫院進行實際的上線運作。除可替代過去 以人工爲主的作業方式進行醫院相關的人事管理外,並可有效協助提升醫院營運效率與降低人力成本。

Medical facilities (hospitals, etc.) can effectively boost the whole workforce and improve quality of medical treatment, once they computerize their data process in the area of administration or clinical related treatment. Management of human resources is significantly important in the institution where many professional medical staffs are involved. Yet, it will take lots of manpower and financing to reconstruct a new human resource system to connect data information system of medical facility. Our research will reconstruct data process system through reverse engineering theory. Reverse engineering has been widely used in all trades and professions in recent years, mainly because it can cut down product's designing time, lower the cost, and provide with designing process of new product. Therefore, to construct a complete and enhancing work-efficiency human resource system has its necessity, and its degree of complication is the reason why our research needs to be done. The goal of this paper will base on OOA/OOD, and with the methods of reverse engineer and UML, through application of their viewpoints and proof, so to lead to identification of human resource process of this hospital, and also through both methods to check and proof, so to offer the efficiency and benefit of this system to the hospital. Our method can help regional hospital, which used to deal with personnel work manually, at central Taiwan, to construct a perfect management system, so to manage its personnel data effectively with data process, and thus to improve its workforce.
