設計與實作一款專案暨人資考核系統

摘要


近年來,企業資源規劃逐漸普及在各公司中,因為它可以將零散的資訊整合在系統資料庫,以減少資訊不對稱的問題,同時可以替企業預測與分析潛在的問題,以提升企業的應變能力和時間彈性。另一方面,本研究發現知點教育遊戲在管理上遇到三點問題,第一點問題為團隊人數日漸增加,導致無法合適管理成員資訊;第二點問題為專案作品無法得到完整的規劃與管理;第三點問題為專題製作過程中,成員進度無法有效率的追蹤。因此本研究利用ERP概念及自我學習理論作為基礎,開發出一款「專案暨人資考核系統」,藉此改善知點目前所面臨的難題。具體來說,本研究運用ERP的優點設計出人資、專案管理功能,讓管理者能夠有效的管理成員資料與歷年製作專案。此外,本研究以自我學習理論的特性來設計的考核功能,使管理者在追蹤小組或個人進度時能更透明化,並且讓同儕之間能夠彼此互相監督,使在製作專題的過程中更順利。

In recent years, Enterprise resource planning has become popular in the enterprises. Because ERP (Enterprise resource planning, ERP) can integrate scattered information into a database to reduce the incidence of the information asymmetry problem. And it can predict and analyze the potential problem for enterprises to improve the enterprise's resilience and time flexibility. At the same time, this research found the KnowledgePoint is facing three problems in the management process. The first problem is joining studio student is gradually increasing, resulting in inability manage members' information; the second problem is the project works cannot be fully planned and managed; the third problem is the member progress cannot be tracked efficiently in the project execution phase. Therefore, this research design and implement a project and human resources assessment system based on the ERP concept and the self-learning theory to improve the problems currently faced by the KnowledgePoint. Specifically, this research uses the advantages of ERP to design projects and human resources management function, so that managers can effectively manage member information and projects produced over the years. Also, the research designed the assessment function based on self-learning theory to make managers more transparent when tracking the progress of groups or individuals, and to allow peers to supervise each other, so that the process of execution the project is smoother.
