離島地區公務人員休閒活動參與型態、休閒參與動機與休閒阻礙之調查研究─以金門與澎湖為例

摘要

本研究主要探討不同離島居民休閒行爲，並以金門和澎湖居民爲例，研究目的在於瞭解金門與澎湖當地居民休閒行為的現況、分析金門與澎湖當地居民休閒行爲是否有差異、影響離島居民休閒型爲因素。本研究以金門和澎湖居民爲本調査研究的對象，在本研究調查中，嘗試從個人背景變項、休閒活動概況、休閒動機和影響休閒的因素進行研究調查，並將問卷調査蒐集而得的資料，配以適當的統計方法分析，從研究結果發現個人特性和休閒動機、誘因與障礙及休閒行爲是有關聯的，居民會因個人特性不同有不同的休閒動機、誘因與障礙而產生不同的休閒行爲。離島居民在獨特的居住環境中，由於個人特性之不同，引發其休閒活動的種類及動機有所差異，影響因素中亦是如此；由研究結果可發現，離島地區若能在政府及民間機構協助下，針對居民休閒需求做規劃整建，以克服當地天候及休閒設施不足等問題，定能增加更多的遊憩機會，降低阻礙以提升離島居民的休閒意願及品質。

This study mainly explored the dwellers' leisure behaviors of the different islands, Kinmen and Penghu. The primary purpose of the study was to realize current situation of the dwellers' leisure behaviors, analyze the differences of the dwellers' leisure behaviors between the two islands, and realize the factors that effect the dwellers' leisure behaviors. In this study, the demographic data, leisure activities, leisure motivation and factors that effect leisure life were all investigated. The appropriate statistic methods were used for the gathered data from the survey. The results showed that subjects' personal characteristics, leisure motivation, leisure inducement and leisure barriers were all related to their leisure behaviors; Different characteristics resulted in diversities of leisure motivation, leisure inducement and leisure barriers. And then they produced different leisure behaviors.
