學生運動員多元學習之探討

Discussion of Student Athletes' Multi-learning

摘要


學者Gardner提出「多元智力」理論,為正常教育下了重要的註解,亦即學校教育應該是開放的系統,它必需安排多元學習的環境,讓不同資質的學習者都能適情適性地發展。本文藉由國內體育行政首長成功個案的探討,強調多元能力在教育環境中的重要性;也從國內行政首長強調多元能力在教育環境中的重要性,確實可看出多元能力的培養已經成為時代趨勢。經文獻探討後發現,國內學生運動員具備良好特質與潛力,在參與運動訓練過程也培養了各種理想性格及態度,有助於學習成效提昇及未來職業之勝任,但因過於強調勝負而養成不正當的價值觀念,也常因進行冗長的訓練活動佔用其他領域學習的時間,以致在退出運動生涯後,影響其職業發展。因此提出「認同體育、終身致力運動推展,注重運動道德的涵養,陶冶群性、發展健全人際關係,提昇運動專業素養,廣泛學習、充實實用知能與特殊專長,終身學習、持續進修」等發展學生運動員多元能力的觀念與具體做法。

Scholar Gardner proposes the Theory of Multiple Intelligences for annotating the normal education, that is, the school education should be an open system. It must arrange the environment for multiple learning for individual learners. This article emphasizes on the importance of multiple ability in educational system by discussing the case of the success of administrative chief of physical education in our country. Besides, we can see that it becomes a tendency to develop multiple ability. By researching in documents, I find that in our country, student athletes possess good speciality and potentiality, and also develop ideal character and attitude in the process of physical training. These characteristics help them to promote learning efficacy and be qualified to future job. However, they may be influenced after withdrawing form sporting career due to forming improper values by emphasizing on victory or defeat too much, or spending so much time on training that they do not have time to study other fields. Therefore, I propose the idea "identifying physical education and devoting to promote physical education for life, paying attention to sports morality, cultivating gregarious temperament, developing healthy and whole personalities, promoting sports specialized preparation, learning extensively and enriching pragmatic knowledge and special professional specialty, lifelong learning and keeping pursuing further education" to develop student athletes' multiple ability and explain concrete methods.
