綠色環保型含氮、矽有機/無機複合材料熱穩定性、難燃性質協成效應之研究

Thermal Stability and Flame Retardance of Organic/ Inorganic Composites containing Nitrogen and Silicon

摘要


本研究旨在針對易燃的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂,添加含氮醚基三聚氰氨單體(HMMM)╱含矽四乙基矽氧烷(TEOS)進行結構改質,並利用溶膠╱凝膠技術扮演有機╱無機相間銜接的橋樑,達到良好的相容性,且調配不同比例的濃度觀察氮-矽間的難燃性質之協成效應,使用極限氧指數(LOI)難燃程度的鑑定,利用熱重量分析儀(TGA)量測材料在高溫時重量損失的曲線,採用積分程序裂解溫度(IPDT)、熱阻絕溫度評估複合材料之熱穩定性,以電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察焦炭燃燒型態學,分析經燃燒後生成焦炭化學變化形成氧化的二氧化矽顆粒分佈;經實驗結果證實,導入氮、矽無機物單體發揮協成效應提升難燃指數,以及TGA測試焦炭殘餘率明顯大幅上升,SEM顯示焦碳形成二氧化矽顆粒聚均勻性散佈於燃燒處,此現象有助提升難燃性。

In the study, HMMM and TEOS were added into PMMA, organic-inorganic composites were prepared via the sol-gel technology. The synergistic effect on flame retardance of composites between nitrogen and silicon was discussed. LOI was used to classify the flame retardance. IPDT and Ts were calculated from TGA curves to estimate the thermal stability of composites. Morphology of the char was applied to characterize the distribution of silica particle after nanocomposites burned.
