Y世代護生的關懷經驗

The Experiences of Caring Among Student Nurses

摘要


研究目的:本研究採用質性研究方法,主要目的在探討護理系科學生的關懷經驗感受,自覺影響關懷行為的因素,及培養關懷態度與行為時所希望獲得的協助與建議。研究方法:以低結構問卷進行深度訪談,利用錄音及內容分析法將所收集到的資料加以分析,共訪談十八位個案。研究結果:護理系科學生自覺影響關懷行為表現的原因包括師長和專業人員的角色模範、高工作負荷量和經驗不足、正向的護病關係及回饋、熱情減退和職業倦怠、護理工作的意義及成就感。建議:在護理養成教育中,為加強學生的關懷態度與行為的培養,依本研究結果建議,醫事學校之護理系科應安排有實際活動參與的多元化關懷課程,學校及臨床實務單位應創造關懷環境,以有效影響學生正向學習。臨床指導者應利用臨床機會進行關懷教育及同儕之間的經驗分享,鼓勵學生正向思考護理工作的價值與意義,培養成就感,以增進對關懷行為的執行。

Objectives: The aim of this qualitative study was to explore the caring experience and perception, factors that influence caring behavior and needs and suggestions for cultivation of caring attitude and behavior among nursing students. Methods: Low-structured, in-depth, audio-taped interviews and were conducted of eighteen nurse students. The content analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. Results: The major factors that influence caring behavior from nurse students’ perception were: the role model of teacher and professionals, high workload and lack of experience, positive nurse-patient relationship and feedback, compassion fatigue, etc. Conclusions: In order to enhance the attitude and behavior of caring among nurse students, the department of nursing should arrange multi-dimensions caring educational course, and school and practice unit should create caring environment to affect nurse student learning effectively. The clinical instructor should utilize the chance to show caring education and experience sharing among peer groups, encourage student to think the value and meaning of the nursing, culturing the fulfillment, in order to promote the execution of caring behavior.
