我國大專校院學生社團幹部本位能力需求:因素驗證與培訓落差

Taiwan college student organization cadres' need for required competencies: factor confirmation and training gaps

摘要


大專校院學生社團是落實全人教育、培養學生多元化能力以增進學生未來職場適應的重要途徑。本研究首度在國內驗證大專校院社團幹部在社團工作中所需要的本位能力需求型態及其因素結構,初次探索學校對社團幹部所需本位能力的培訓程度與需要的程度之間是否存有落差。研究採問卷調查法進行,研究樣本為參與國內大專校院社團幹部最具代表性活動的社團幹部共1,178位。研究結果發現,社團幹部本位能力分成「活動規劃」、「美工團康」以及「人際溝通」三個因素的模式可以通過結構方程模式的驗證,而三個因素的相對需求程度與過去所發現的型態一致。社團幹部本位能力普遍都具有培訓落差,其中以「活動規劃」落差最為嚴重,其次為「人際溝通」,最末為「美工團康」,大致呈現「高需求,卻低培訓」的現象。不同背景變項的社團幹部所感受到本位能力需求與培訓間的落差亦有所差異。本研究根據研究結果加以討論,並提供相關建議。

College student organizations are vital for holistic education and for developing students' career adaptability. The goals of this study were to test the need pattern of required competencies for college student organization cadres in Taiwan, to verify their factor structure with structure equation modeling, and to explore the gap between need and school training. The study was preceded with questionnaires surveyed to 1,178 college student organization cadres in Taiwan. Results revealed that the need pattern and threefactor structure of required competencies can be confirmed. The training gaps did exist and were wide spread, with Activity Planning the most significant. The training gaps varied with different demographical variables of student cadres. Suggestions were provided.
