極低頻磁場屏蔽之量測與評估

摘要


隨著科技的進步,電器用品已是每戶家庭中的必需品,而這些電器用品所產生的電磁場為非游離輻射,雖然目前對於非游離輻射是否會對人體有害還不能明確肯定,但許多國家皆訂出其標準,表示不可忽略其重要性,故為了身體健康著想,在使用各項電器用品時,應保持距離及縮短使用上的時間。本研究針對一般大眾於室內、室外所會接觸到的極低頻磁場進行量測,隨著量測距離的增加,磁場強度隨著遞減,再以相同的量測距離增加屏蔽板後進行量測進而降低電磁場的強度,最後將實驗量測結果與行政院環保署的參考位準值及其他國家所規定的預警值進行比對與探討哪些電器用品產生的電磁場較強,故需減少其使用的時間,或增設屏蔽板以便將電磁場強度降低到較安全的範圍。

Along with the improvement of technology, electronic appliances have become essential items to have in every households, and these electronic appliances produce magnetic fields, so called "non-ionizing radiation." Although, at this moment, it is unsure whether or not the non-ionizing radiation is harmful to human body, but many countries have regulated standard value on the radiation, which means there is an importance to this matter that cannot be ignored. Therefore, for the concerns of our health, when using every electronic appliances, we should keep a distance from it, and shorten the usage time. This research is focus on the measurement of extremely low magnetic fields that the general public can encounter when at indoor and outdoor. Along with the increase of measurement distance, the intensity of the magnetic field will decrease; then conduct another experiment with the same measurement distance, but add in a screen board, which results in a lower intensity of magnetic fields. At last, use the measurement results from the experiments to compare to the reference level used from Environmental Protection Administration, and the alarm value used from other countries, to compare and discuss which electronic appliances produce stranger magnetic fields, so we should decrease its usage time, or put in additional screen board to reduce the intensity of the magnetic fields to a safer limits.
