從跨領域的視角談公案文學研究的幾個問題
From a Interdisciplinary Point of View to Discuss the Way Traditional Chinese Court-Case Fictions Be Researched

The Chinese Court-case Fictions occupied a large proportion of traditional Chinese fictions. Researchers notice them with time recently. This present paper attempts to discuss the way traditional Chinese Court-case fictions be researched in the two sides across the Taiwan Strait and Japan, including legal and literature fields. I also attempt to illustrate my point of view about some controversial questions. And I also attempt to discuss the coming questions which could be researched and the angles to solve.
