紙製免洗餐具表面塑膠材質熱安定性之探討

Study on the thermal stability of surface plastic material from food vessels disposable made of paper

摘要


將紙製免洗餐具中之餐盒放置於設定溫度為60°C、75°C、90°C及105°C的烘箱中一小時。取出經各溫度處理之紙製餐盒樣品,分別以掃描式電子顯微鏡在250倍率和3000倍率的條件下進行材質表面變化之觀察。發現在60°C、75°C、90°C時餐盒表面之塑膠材質未有明顯之變化。然而在3000倍率的觀察下,發現在105°C的加熱後之樣品則出現有膠粒融熔後成膜之情形。居於食具安全之考量,此次試驗說明紙製免洗餐具於高熱下使用時,仍需留意其表面塑膠材質可能造成之影響。

The food box made of paper were taken into the oven at 60°C 、75°C 、90°C and 105°C for 1 hour seperately. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) test was conducted at 250X and 3000X, respectively. And the results indicate that there were no significant chang about the surface plastic material of food box below 90°C. However, the film formation melting from the plastic was found under 3000X SEM test at the temperature of 105°C. To ensure the safety, food box made of paper should carefully used at the high operating temperature for the possible effect of surface plastic material.
