中部某醫專護理科一、三、五年級學生生計輔導需求之探討
The Demand of Career Guideness among 1,3,5 degree Nursing Students in Junior College
摘要
本研究之目的在探討中部某醫專護理科一、三、五年級學生生計輔導之需求及其求助之對象，利用結構式問卷，經專家效度、信度測試編製而成，共測得一年級學生90人，三年組學生95人，五年級學生100人，資料收集後徑spss/pc^+6.0版統計分析。結果顯示：一、護理科學生之生計輔導需求方面為(1)協助瞭解工作世界，以增進對未來職業的適應(2)協助參加有關訓練及國家或就業考試(3)安排校外實習，結合理益與實際。二、學生生計規劃需求之主要求助對象，在有關職業抉擇方面，學生以尋求實習就業輔導室協助為最多，其次為護理科專業老師；在自我加強方面則主要為自己，其次為同學、朋友。

There are 285 nursing students enrolled in the program of junior college, who have been surveyd with structured questionnaires concerning the demand of career guidness. Statistic techniques such as Chisquare, ANOVA, and Regression, Correlation were used. The reselts showed t he higher demand of nursing students on t he knowledge of working enviroment, especially the third degree students. We suggest to set up the career developmental center is necessary. Meanwhile; all teachers must concern themselves with career planning of students.
