以教學視導協助課程轉型促發學前早療機構組織發展之研究

A Study on curriculum transition implementing development of teaching supervisor assists early intervention center

摘要


本研究記錄研究者(也是視導者)協助早療機構課程轉型,進而促發該機構組織發展的歷程。研究歷時一年,研究者以發展性視導觀點為核心概念,與該中心相關人員(中心主管、社工師及四位帶班老師)合作,協助行政人員及教師走過課程轉型的困境,進而促進整體組織的發展。研究結果發現:視導歷程的發展要先確定協同行動研究者的角色與任務,掌握視導觀點與策略,共同分析優弱勢,找尋可能的機會點,並針對疑點瞭解問題,確定共同目標。視導歷程面臨的困境包括:課程轉型過程教師調適需要時間;新舊系統交接過程,工具需要不斷修正,造成教師執行的困擾;督導與行政主管對轉銜方案的發展預期不同;針對這些困境,研究過程中透過共同的努力,找到相對的解決策略。透過視導協助課程轉型的歷程,對所有參與人員帶來的轉變與成長是相輔相成的,同時也促發該機構的組織發展,改變課程運作模式,提升行政人員的督導能力,改善其與教師間的關係,在家長面前建立專業信心。同時促發教師群的合作互動,增進教學技巧,加深對幼兒的敏銳度,提昇的教學服務品質。

The research was based on collaborate action study from teaching supervisor point of view, studied the procession of assisting an early intervention center to transform its curriculum and promoting organization development. The resulted were: (1)make sure the role of collaborate action researcher before superving development; (2) in the new and old system transformation process, the instrument should change by the time, that disturber teachers implementation;(3) the expection of transition project is quite different from suppervior and administrator;(4) face the plight from different expectation, by the collaborate efforts, find the strategic solution.Aspects from the growth and alteration of teachers : The attitudes of teachers, from criticizing, observing, being nervous and anxious to accepting, or even positively raising the problems and finding the solution, they fell a lot of outcomes from learning within this year, counsel with professional while something come into question. The administrators thought that the questions raised by the education supervisor are helpful to promote the guidance ability.
