親師合作關係與國小學童的社交技巧、學習態度之相關研究

The Research on the relationships among Parent-teacher partnership, Students' Social Skills and Learning Attitudes in Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究主要目的在了解目前國小學生知覺親師合作關係、學生社交技巧及學習態度之現況,並探討不同背景變項的學生其家長在親師合作關係上的差異性;其次分析不同的親師合作關係分別在學生社交技巧與學習態度的差異;接著探討親師合作關係、學生社交技巧及學習態度之相關情形;最後了解親師合作關係是否能有效預測學生的社交技巧與學習態度。本研究採問卷調查法以「國小學童學校生活與學習問卷調查表」為研究工具,採分層比例叢集抽樣法,以高雄地區公立國小中高年級學生為研究對象,發出問卷1,823份,計得有效問卷1,757份,所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異分析、Pearson 積差相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法考驗研究假設,其研究結果歸納如下:一、學生知覺其家長親師合作之關係現況良好,多持正向看法。二、國小學生社交技巧良好,各層面都高於平均值。三、國小學生學習態度良好,具有良好的學習動機。四、性別、年級、家庭結構是影響學生知覺其親師合作關係的主要因素。五、親師合作關係不同的學生在社交技巧及學習態度上有顯著差異。六、親師合作關係與學生之社交技巧、學習態度有顯著相關。七、親師合作關係對學生之社交技巧、學習態度具有預測力。根據上述結論,本研究提出若干建議供家長、國小老師、教育相關單位以及後續研究之參考。

The purpose of this research is to understand the relationships among current students' of parent-teacher partnership, social skills and learning attitudes in elementary schools. Also, the difference of parent-teacher partnerships among students who have different background is discussed. Then, the difference of different parent-teacher partnership on students' social skills and learning attitudes is discussed too. Furthermore, the relationships among parent-teacher partnership, students' social skills, and learning attitudes is discussed. Finally, whether parent-teacher partnership is effectively predictable on students' social skills and learning attitudes is understood. In this research, the research uses questionnaire to survey. The tool of survey is "The questionnaire of Elementary School Students' School Life and Learning." A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted. The research samples of senior year students from public elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. There are 1,823 samples issued and 1,757 questionnaires after getting rid of invalid surveys. Statistical methods like descriptive statistics, individual sample t test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to test research hypotheses. Research outcome is concluded in the following: 1. Most elementary students are aware that their parents have a good relationship with their teachers. They have a positive attitude on this. 2. Most elementary students have good social skills. The amount of each perspective is higher than average. 3. Most elementary students have good learning attitudes. They have high learning motivations over average. 4. Gender, grade, and family structure are the main factors affecting students' awareness of parent-teacher partnership. 5. There is a significant difference on different parent-teacher partnership to students' social skills and learning attitudes. 6. There are significant relationships among parent-teacher partnership, students' social skills and learning attitudes. 7. Parent-teacher partnership has predictive power on students' social skills and learning attitudes. According to the above conclusion, this research has come up with several suggestions for parents, teachers, relative educational organizations, and the further researches.
