摘要

藥物濫用者成癮過程，受到許多因素的影響。包括：個人因素、環境因素、社會因素的影響。這些因素有時會造成個人使用毒品的機會。在許多情況下，這些影響都隨時間的改變而產生變化。毒品使用的問題之處遇並非單純的生理、心理或醫療問題。本研究試以透過復原力的探討藥物濫用者戒治的相關復原因子，採取立意抽樣，選取有藥物濫用經驗並已經成功戒治之研究對象做深度的研究。使用質深度訪談之過程搜集、探索戒毒之過程等相關復原力因素。本研究之發現，復原力是一種動態的過程，發展正向的自我概念及認知態度；正向的自我價值感；願意為自己負責；對家庭與工作的承諾；親友、機構、社區等社會支持，這些相關因子是重要的。

The addiction process of drug users is affected by many factors. Include: The impact of personal factors, environmental factors, and social factors. These factors sometimes give individuals the opportunity to use drugs. These effects change over time. The problem of drug use is not a simple physical, psychological or medical problem. This study attempts to conduct in-depth research by investigating the resilience factors related to the drug abuser's treatment and taking a sample to select participants with drug abuse experience and successful treatment. Use the process of qualitative in-depth interviews to collect and explore the resilience factors such as the process of detoxification. The findings of this study are that resilience is a dynamic process that develops positive self-concepts and cognitive attitudes; positive self-worth; willingness to be responsible for themselves; commitment to family and work; social support from relatives, institutions, communities, etc. These related factors are important.
