A Study on Factors of Social Rehabilitation of HIV infected Drug Users

摘要

愛滋藥癮更生人在出監後面臨雙重污名的身分，出監後的社會復歸的挑戰更是艱鉅。研究旨於了解出監的愛滋藥癮更生人復歸時面臨之生活壓力事件和因應策略，及探討影響復歸社會之影響因素。正式研究邀請七位出監兩年內受訪者，以訪談法取得出監後經驗，以主題分析做為研究典範。研究結果發現：出監後的受訪者面臨生活事件及壓力包含身分與伴隨之汙名、工作與經濟、生活規劃與適應及政府端的流程等。而應對這些事件及壓力時，受訪者運用認知或是行為的策略來因應。社會復歸之因素主要看到不同資源與系統對復歸之正負向影響。藉由研究結果增加大眾對於該族群的認識，進而降低偏見與歧視，並提供給政策、社會及實務工作關建議。

The HIV-infected drug user face double stigma and arduous after being released from prison. This purpose of the study is to understand the stressful, coping strategies, and the factors of social rehabilitation faced by HIV-infected drug user after being released from prison. Interviewing seven research participants and one pilot, through thematic analysis, the results of the study found that HIV-infected drug user released from prison faced identity stigma, work seeking, economics, and cooperate with government process, etc. They used cognitive or behavioral strategies, and there are positive and negative factors of different resources and systems on reversion. Through the research results, we can reduce prejudice and discrimination, and provide relevant recommendations for policy, society and practical work.
