農民學院學員參與動機及滿意度之研究-以花蓮區訓練中心為例

A Study of Motivation and Satisfaction of Students of the Farmers' Academy - Using Hualien District Training Center as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討農民學院學員參與動機與滿意度的關係,並了解參與動機是否能預測滿意度。研究者以本研究研擬之參與動機與滿意度量表對參加花蓮區訓練中心106年度之農民學院學員247位施測,並以項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、典型相關分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析進行統計分析,本研究主要發現如下:(一)農民學院學員參與動機與滿意度有顯著相關,農民學院學員參與動機中的「專業地位」、「認知興趣」與「教學成效」和「課程規劃」相關最高。(二)農民學院學員參與動機的「專業地位」和「認知興趣」能預測滿意度39.1%的變異。根據研究結論,本研究對農民學院訓練主辦單位、授課教師與學員及未來研究提供建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between motivation and satisfaction of participants from students of the Farmers' Academy and to understand whether the motivation can predict satisfaction. There are 247 students of the Farmers' Academy in the Hualien District Training Center in year 106 participating the test by using motivation and satisfaction scale made by researchers, and analyzed the results by the project analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, typical correlation analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) The motivation and satisfaction of students of the Farmers' Academy are significantly correlated, and the relevance between "professional status", "cognitive interest", "teaching achievement" and "course planning" from motivation is the highest. (2) The "professional status" and "cognitive interest" from motivation can predict the variation of 39.1% of the satisfaction. Based on the conclusion, this study provides suggestions for the organizers, instructors, and students of the Farmers' Academy and future research.
