摘要

美國每年在亞太區域進行千餘場的聯合軍事演習，藉由軍事演習的機會，美軍得以維繫與盟友的軍事合作關係，並保持軍事霸權地位。而隨著中國大陸綜合國力的崛起，對外關係轉向主動與積極，解放軍也戮力參與亞太地區各類型的聯合軍事演習活動，透過多邊聯合軍事演習，增強其軍事能力與區域影響力，並與其他國家進行軍事交流，建立軍事友好合作關係。本文將透過守勢現實主義和攻勢現實主義的觀點，分析美中兩國參與亞太多邊軍演的目的及美中在亞太地區共同多邊軍演的內容概況，並據此以探析未來美中兩國在亞太多邊軍演的發展。

The U.S. army holds more than thousands of military exercises in Asia-Pacific region each year. The U.S. army keeps its military cooperation with allies and partners and maintains military hegemony by the opportunity of multilateral joint military exercises. Along with the growth of China's comprehensive national strength, the foreign policy has turned into active and positive. PLA strives to participate in various types of joint military exercises in Asia-Pacific region. PLA enhances its military capability and regional influence, and establishes military-friendly cooperative relations through multilateral joint military exercises. This paper analyzes the objectives, the content and the future development of the U.S. and China's participation in the multilateral joint military exercises in Asia-Pacific region from the views of Defensive Realism and Offensive Realism.
