領導風格、責任感對工作表現之影響-以南部大學校院學生事務處為例

The Impact of Leadership Style, Responsibility on Job Performance: The Case of Student Affairs Clerks in Southern Universities and Colleges

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學校院學務人員知覺學務長的領導風格、責任感與工作表現的關係模式。研究工具以問卷調查方式進行,受測者為南部大學校院學生事務處人員,有效問卷為232份。研究結果發現:1.領導風格對工作表現具有顯著的正向影響效果;2.領導風格對責任感具有顯著的正向影響效果;3. 責任感對工作表現具有顯著的正向影響效果;4.責任感對領導風格與工作表現具有顯著的中介效果。最後,根據研究結果,提出理論與實務上的建議供相關單位參考。

This paper was to explore the impact of leadership style, responsibility on job performance. The participants included 232 student affairs clerks from the southern university in Taiwan. The empirical results using structural equation modeling indicate (a) the perceptions of leadership style for student affairs staff have a positively significant impact on job performance; (b) the perceptions of leadership style for student affairs staff have a positively significant impact on responsibility; (c) the perceptions of responsibility for student affairs staff have a positively significant impact on job performance. (d) the responsibility between leadership style and job performance have a positively significant mediating effects. Finally, based on these research findings, some discussions and recommendations for theory and practice on student affairs and future relational study would be given.
