鄉村教育現代化:臺灣學習化社區構建之經驗與啟示

The modernization of rural education: the experience and Enlightenment of the construction of learning community in Taiwan

摘要


臺灣地區鄉村教育現代化奠定了農村人口現代化的堅實基礎。本文在探討教育現代化的內涵基礎上,從學習化社區構建的視角,分析了臺灣鄉村各類教育機構的特點和作用,探討其社會和政府分工協作構建學齡、職前、入職及職後教育相結合的學習化社區,促進鄉村教育終身化、普及化、提高鄉村人口品質的經驗,以為大陸鄉村治理改革提供借鑒。

The rural education modernization in Taiwan has laid a solid foundation for the modernization of the rural population. On the basis of discussing the connotation of education modernization and from the perspective of learning community construction, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of various educational institutions in Taiwan, and discusses the combination of school age, pre service and post vocational education, to promote rural education for life, to improve the quality of rural population, and to provide reference for the reform of rural governance in mainland of china.
