花蓮縣國民小學護理人員工作困境及其改善策略之研究

Research on the Job Dilemma and its Improvement Strategies of Nursing Staff in Public Primary School in Hualien County

摘要


校護常被學校要求兼任非本職的行政工作,進而衍生許多困境有待改善。因此,本研究的目的在於:1、瞭解校護工作現況與問題;2、歸納校護工作迫切的困境與可行的改善策略;3、分析校護工作單一困境中,相對可行的改善策略。研究方法採用名義群體技術,邀請花蓮縣20名校護組成工作坊,透過文獻分析、層級分析與訪談問卷,進行多回合互動,蒐集並分析量化數據與質性回饋,最後再將分析結果提供給工作坊成員再次確認,凝聚共識。最後所獲結論如下:1、學校護理人員工作困境中,以「執行非本職之業務過多」最受關注,是最急需解決的困境;2、困境之可行改善策略中,以「修訂學校衛生工作法規,明確規定工作內容」被認為是最該優先採用的策略;3、透過專家選擇軟體的敏感度分析,可針對單一工作困境找出最適合的改善策略。本研究亦提出相關建議供校護與相關單位參考。

School nurses are often required by the school to take part in non-administrative administrative work, which leads to many difficulties that need to be improved. Therefore, the purpose of this study is: 1. Understand the current situation and problems of school nursing work; 2 Summarize the urgent dilemma of the school nursing work and feasible improvement strategies; 3 Analyze the relatively feasible improvement strategy research method in the single dilemma of school nursing work Adopt the nominal group technology, invite 20 school nurses in Hualien County The workshops were organized through literature analysis, hierarchical analysis and interview questionnaires to conduct multiple rounds of interaction, collect and analyze quantitative data and qualitative feedback. Finally, the analysis results were provided to the workshop members to confirm again. Finally, the following conclusions were obtained by consensus: :1. In the work dilemma of school nurses, the most concern is the "Excessive implementation of non-essential business". It is the dilemma that needs to be solved most urgently. 2 In the feasible improvement strategy of dilemma, "revision of school health work regulations clearly stipulates work content" It is considered to be the most preferred strategy. 3 Through the sensitivity analysis of expert selection software, the most suitable improvement strategy can be found for single job dilemmas. This study also proposes recommendations for school care and related units.
