人格特質、實習投入與實習成效關係之研究-以餐旅觀光科系學生為例

摘要


本研究以台灣地區大學餐旅觀光相關科系之大學生為研究對象,探討餐旅觀光相關科系學生人格特質、實習投入與實習成效之關聯性。本研究以問卷調查法,受測對象為餐旅觀光相關科系之有產業實習經驗之大學生。共計發出問卷500份,回收有效問卷為460份,有效回收率為92%。本研究採用描述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析檢驗研究假設。研究結果:一、人格特質對實習投入有影響。二、實習投入對實習成效有影響。三、人格特質對實習成效有影響。四、實習投入在人格特質與學習成效間產生中介效果。本研究期望將分析結果提供給學術界與產業界作改善產業實習現況之參考。

This research aims to explore the relationship between study of hospitality and tourism major students' Personality trait, internship involvement and internship efficiency in Taiwan. This study conducted a questionnaire survey. The samples of this research are hospitality and tourism major students having internship experiences. There were 500 questionnaires be distributed to staff, and 460 valid questionnaires were received, with a response rate of 92%. The descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were employed to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that personality trait of the students has a partial influence on internship involvement and internship efficiency. The internship involvement influence positively on internship efficiency. Internship involvement has mediation effect on the relationship between personality trait, and internship efficiency. The author hopes that the research results could help academic educators and industry professionals to recommend changes that may further improve internship policies.
