地震「救生」衣之設計

Design of Earthquake Survival Clothes

摘要


臺灣位處的亞洲地區受到環太平洋地震帶之影響,發生地震的頻率與強度相較於其他地區更顯頻繁。地震為難以預測的突發性天然性災害,易造成建築物毀損、坍塌與變形,形成許多碎石與掉落物進而使民眾受到傷害,其中又以擦傷、挫傷、撕裂傷等皮肉傷害發生的機率最高,為避免災後傷害越發嚴重進而影響生命,地震發生當下應採取緊急措施以求自保,故於日常生活中落實地震防減災手段益顯重要。準備緊急避難包為現今我國政府積極推廣的防減災手段之一,但現今多數產品皆為袋包類型,內部空間狹小,易發生內容物堆積擺放、不便拿取等缺點。為能解決現有產品之不足,本研究透過半結構訪談,搜集震後生還者與具震災救難經驗消防人員、緊急醫療人員之建議,提出模組化、標準化、實用化、收納性四項設計目標,跳脫過往袋包型式,設計涵蓋緊急避難包功能並兼具防護、收納性之地震「救生」衣,以符合及滿足使用者的真實需求,確實達到地震救援之效益。

Taiwan is located on the Pacific Ring of Fire, which encounters earthquakes with higher magnitude more frequently. Earthquakes are unpredictable natural disasters that cause building collapses, which may in turn bring about human injuries and loss of life. The most common way for people to prevent injuries and loss of life from earthquakes is to prepare the survival bag. However, most of the earthquake survival bags on the market are too small and it is difficult to take anything out of a survival bag stacked with things. In this study was used semi-structured interview to get some advices about survival bag from earthquake survivors, firefighters, and Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT), who is the main disaster relief personnel. Aimed to overcome the shortcomings of the original earthquake survival bags by redesigning with four major design goals: "modularization", "standardization", "practicality", and "easy storage". Thus, we came up with the design of survival clothes, which can be used to store survival kits and has the merits of pack ability and providing protection. The survival clothes can meet people's actual needs and help reduce earthquake risk in the future.
