探討醫院之醫病溝通

Studying Doctor-Patient Communication in Hospital

摘要


台灣的醫療科技越來越精進,搭配各社群網絡的發達,醫療資訊傳播的媒介也越來越容易連結,理應能降低醫病間的資訊不對等;但,近年來醫療糾紛、暴力事件仍頻傳。檢視台灣醫療改革基金會各類案件後,其醫病關係的緊張,除原對醫療疾病、照護模式的認知差異外,仍存在著許多醫病間的信任疑慮;依據衛生福利部統計歷年受理委託醫事鑑定案件數仍達349件/年以上,具凡刑事及民事案件均持續發生。藉於此,增進「醫病溝通」的議題,儼然成為全國各醫療機構積極致力的方向,但醫護團隊在面對醫病溝通議題的認知及與病家的見解是否相同?「防衛性醫療」儼然是新興議題,更是部分醫師團隊正在執行的自我保護作法。本研究擬透過結構問卷,探究台灣中部地區教學醫院之醫護團隊,對醫病溝通的互動、角色期待、價值共創構面進行調查,採藉以確立醫護團隊對於醫病溝通的認知及作為,是否符合其個人之期待,續將研究結果提供給個案醫院作為未來推展醫病溝通作為上的執行成效參考。

In recent years, Taiwan's medical technology has become more progressive. Medical information dissemination media has become increasingly easy to connect. It should be able to reduce the inaccuracy of information between doctors and patients. However, medical disputes and violent incidents have continued to occur in recent years. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the number of cases of entrusted medical examinations over the years has still reached 349 cases/year, and all criminal and civil cases have continued to occur. Therefore, the issue of enhancing " Doctor-patient Communication" has become a positive direction for various medical institutions to improve. In this study, through the structure of the questionnaire, to explore the teaching hospital in central Taiwan's health care team, doctor-patient communication for interactive investigation. The results of the study were provided to case hospitals as a reference for future promotion of communication among doctors and patients.
