Work-to-Leisure Facilitation and Leisure Satisfaction: Moderator of Leisure Involvement

Subsequently, the descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that work-to-leisure facilitation has a significant and positive impact on leisure satisfaction; leisure involvement has a significant and positive impact on leisure satisfaction; while leisure involvement has not a significant moderating effect on the relationship between work-to-leisure facilitation and leisure satisfaction. Finally, the research confirms the theoretical framework for relationships among work-to-leisure facilitation, leisure involvement, and leisure satisfaction. The results are suggested to be useful references for the managerial sector while setting up their managerial strategies.
