浅析高绩效人力资源管理系统的战略角色

The analysis of the high-performance human resource management system's strategic role

摘要


面对多元交化的市场态势及竞争日益加剧的市场环境,企业承受着市场带来的巨大竞争压力,而战略性人力资源管理是为使组织达到目标,对人力资源各种部署和活动进行计划的模式。从战略角度分析高绩效人力资源管理对企业经营结果的作用是人力资源管理研究中的一个重要问题。本文基于高绩效人力资源管理的实证研究,从战略角度分析了高绩效人力资源管理系统的战略意义及特点,研究得出:高绩效人力资源管理系统能通过战略匹配改进企业总体绩效;通过有效的人力资源配置获取并保持组织所需的人力资源;通过不断创造价值提升企业可持续竞争优势。而高绩效人力资源管理系统其特点主要体现为:研究组织层次的问题;包含多种人力资源管理活动;高度的外部契合性;高度的内部一致及互补性;情境依赖性强等方面。

Facing the diverse changes and increasingly competitive market environment' companies suffer tremendous stress in the market competition. Strategic human resource management is the model which enables organizations to achieve the target by planning the activities of human resources. Analyzing high performance human resource management's role in the business results from a strategic point of view is an important issue. From a strategic point of view and based on empirical research findings, we analyze the strategic significance and its characteristics of the high performance human resource management system. The study concludes that high performance human resource management system can improve overall business performance by matching with company's strategy; obtain and maintain the organization's human resources through effective human resource allocation; improve sustainable competitive advantage by creating value continuously. As for the characteristics of high performance human resource management system, they are mainly embodied in these aspects: It researches problems on the organizational level; it contains a variety of human resource management activities; it has a high degree of external fit, internal consistency and complementarities; it has context dependence and so forth.
