摘要
放射治療於良性疾病的治療雖不如惡性腫瘤普及，但仍扮演一定角色。其利用抑制纖維細胞及發炎反應的原理，達到治療許多皮膚及軟組織病症的目的。對於異位性骨化症、蟹足腫、Dupuytren 式攣縮及Ledderhose 式病，雖然手術常為主要的治療方式，放射治療對於預防復發的效果更好。而對於佩洛尼氏症，雖然放射治療較不常被採用，卻能有效改善疼痛。然而，放射治療潛在的致癌風險，卻常是考量的重點，因此須更審慎評估。
