摘要
發生在海綿竇（cavernous sinus）的血管瘤（hemangioma）非常少見，約佔蝶鞍（sella）或蝶鞍旁（parasella）腫瘤的百分之三，此篇文章將簡單介紹海綿竇血管瘤的案例報告、臨床表現、影像學發現、鑑別診斷及治療方式。
