李欣倫疾病書寫的跨界研究

本研究爬梳李欣倫目前三部散文集——《藥罐子》、《有病》與《重來》，討論其疾病書寫策略。首先，在疾病書寫內涵方面，她透過疾病的角度聚焦女性普羅經驗，觀照身體病痛之外，亦涉及情感欲望描述，同時赤裸自身經歷以呼應長期被社會漠視的女性身心之痛，然後進一步破除這些女性經驗的刻板印象；接著掌握傳統中醫背景、援引西方醫學術語，展現不同疾病符號之運用手法；末節，則論述作者具體實踐醫療關懷的志工經歷，與透過書寫進行「自療」之企圖。不僅照顧他者，亦治療己身，呈現醫療完整意義。綜觀以上，發現李欣倫以「跨界」做為疾病書寫重要策略——東西方醫療學識的使用、女性外身、內在病痛的描述，與「患者」、「醫者」兩種身分的流動，打破傳統疾病書寫中「醫」、「病」之二元對立，具有兩者置換或兼容的積極意義。

This study try to organize Li Shin-lien's prose——Yaoguanzi（《藥罐子》）,Youbing（《有病》）and Chonglai（《重來》）and analyze her disease-writing strategy. First, She focused on the disease-writing of the female experience about biological and psychological desire, and exposed her privacy to respond to the experience which had been ignored for long time as well as. Even if she eliminated the stereotype about female further. Second, she was born of traditional Chinese medicine family and she also quotes the modern medicine knowledge, so we can find different disease-writing codes in those text. Finally, this study try to discuss whose experience of being volunteer and attempt which she try to heal herself by writing. She not only takes care of others but also heal herself ,which to show the integrity of medical treatment. We can find her disease-writing strategy is ＂cross-over＂ which included traditional Chinese and modern medicine、female biological and psychological desire、patient and healer that to break the binary oppositions of ＂heal＂ and ＂illness＂, so the ＂cross-over＂ strategy is positive.
