Late Ming an d early Qing was the great time for the Sino-West cultural encounter, and also the period when the Sino-Christian Theology began and flourished. A lot of the Christians' classical texts during late Ming and early Qing are still va luable resources for us to re flect on Sino -Christian Theology. Recently some classical texts have been published by the Institute of Sino -Christian Studies. This is a book review on Catholic Documents of Xu Guangqi, Li Zhizao, Yang Tingyun: An Exposition of Three Great Late Ming Thinkers in China and Commentary on Duoshu. It also comments on some subjects such as classics and hermeneutics related to Sino-Christian THeology . This article concludes with some suggestions from the formation and construction of Chinese Christian Theology during the Ming and Qing dynasty so as to promote Sino-Christian Studies.
