教師信念研究及其在學校教育革新上的意義
Study of Teacher Belief and Its Implications In School Innovation

This study examines the nature of teacher beliefs, compared the difference among teachers' beliefs, teachers' implicit theory, teachers' judgement and teachers' ideology. Specifically, the author outlines the relationships between teachers' cognitive characteristics and teachers' professional performance. Implications in teacher education and school innovation are discussed.
