This study aims to explore teachers' teaching beliefs and theories, understand the beliefs of teachers when teaching to serve as the reference of teachers' teaching. This article starts with the belief in the significance and the theoretical basis for a study, and second, to literature discussion on belief systems and characteristics and analysis of the meaning and the function of teaching beliefs. Finally, for the analysis of the factors that affect the teaching and beliefs. Teaching is an interactive process between teachers and students. It is also an activity which embodies scientific and art characteristics. With the development of cognitive-oriented teaching and research, the internal thinking process of teacher research has become an important focus. Among them, teachers of teachers' thinking in the course of latent theories and beliefs, not only are the important factors in teachers' thought process, and is an important factor influencing teacher's teaching behavior. Therefore, before the teaching, the teacher should be aware of their teaching and beliefs lie, so will help teachers make effective practical teaching.
