教師教學信念之影響因素分析

A Study of Teacher's Teaching Belief

摘要


本文旨在探討教師教學信念及相關理論,瞭解教師教學時的信念,以作為教師教學的參考。本文首先從信念的意義與理論基礎作一探討,其次,再以文獻探討就信念系統與特性及教學信念的意涵與功能加以分析;最後,對於影響教學信念之因素作一探析。教學是一種師生雙向互動的過程,是結合科學與藝術的活動。隨著認知取向教學研究的發展,教師內在思考歷程逐漸成為重要研究焦點。其中,教師思考歷程中的教師潛隱理論與信念,不僅是教師思考歷程中的重要因素,且是影響教師教學行為的重要因素;因此,教師在教學前,應當清楚自己的教學信念之所在,如此將有助於教師作好有效的實際教學。

This study aims to explore teachers' teaching beliefs and theories, understand the beliefs of teachers when teaching to serve as the reference of teachers' teaching. This article starts with the belief in the significance and the theoretical basis for a study, and second, to literature discussion on belief systems and characteristics and analysis of the meaning and the function of teaching beliefs. Finally, for the analysis of the factors that affect the teaching and beliefs. Teaching is an interactive process between teachers and students. It is also an activity which embodies scientific and art characteristics. With the development of cognitive-oriented teaching and research, the internal thinking process of teacher research has become an important focus. Among them, teachers of teachers' thinking in the course of latent theories and beliefs, not only are the important factors in teachers' thought process, and is an important factor influencing teacher's teaching behavior. Therefore, before the teaching, the teacher should be aware of their teaching and beliefs lie, so will help teachers make effective practical teaching.
