摘要

漢代復讎風氣十分興盛，所牽涉問題亦頗複雜，公與私、禮與法的衝突為其中焦點。有關復讎與法令的衝突、當政者對復讎行為採取的態度、官吏在維護法令與尊重復仇間的兩難⋯⋯等問題，前賢已有著墨。本文將在既有的研究成果上，探討漢代復仇所牽涉的忠孝議題及所凸顯的君臣關係。本文分別由漢代經生有關為君復讎的主張、士人對《春秋》經傳所記前代弒君事件的評論、漢代提倡忠孝的背景及其對復讎風氣的影響、漢代士人對復讎而面臨忠孝衝突所抱持之態度及忠孝先後的討論、具體復讎行為所反映的忠孝觀⋯⋯等層面進行探討。

The phenomena of revenge are very thriving in Han dynasty, and there are so many questions involved by them. For example, conflicts between public/private and custom/law are the focuses from them. I will continue to explore the subject of loyalty & filil piety and the relationship between monarch & courtier, which have resulted from revenging in Han dynasty, after absorbing those achievements by scholars in advance. The article will to discuss through several aspects： 1. Asserts about the revenge for monarches by Jing-Shi(經師) in the Han dynasty. 2. Comments about murdered of monarches in the Book of Chun Qiu (《春秋》). 3. Background about the promotion of loyalty & filial piety and the effects to the revenge. 4. Attitude about the conflict of loyalty & filial piety in the Han dynasty.
