苏路支“开化郁多习”溯源—霞浦文书《摩尼光佛》科册研究
The Roots of ＂Converting Idolaters＂ by Zoroaster: Study on Xiapu Manuscript Moni the Buddha of Light

Four Chinese transliterations in lines 525-530 of Mani the Buddha of Light are deciphered: Suluzhi苏路支 for Parthian zrhwst ＂Zoroaster＂, Bosi波斯 for Parthian/ Middle Persian p'rs / ＂Persia＂, Popi 波毗 for Parthian/Middle Persian b'byl ＂Babel＂ and yuduoxi 郁多习 for Sogdian yzt'ys ＂idol＂. Manichaean Sogdian, Parthian, Middle Persian, Chinese, Coptic and Greek texts about fighting against idolaters are collected and analyzed.
