溫度對番茄斑潛蠅(Liriomyza bryoniae(Kaltenbach))發育之影響

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEAFMINER LIRIOMYZA BRYONIAE (KALTENBACH) (DIPTERA: AGROMYZIDAE) ON HEAD MUSTARD

摘要


番茄斑潛蠅(Liriomyza bryoniae)在室內定溫生長箱分別以15、20、25、及30℃以包心芥菜(Brassica juncea Coss)苗飼養,觀察各蟲期發育情形,在15~30℃之卵期由12.86±3.45天至4.20±0.80天。幼蟲期為8.48±1.89天至4.29±0.94天。蛹期為19.17±1.65天至8.61±0.49天。溫度對該潛蠅之發育期影響至鉅。各蟲期之發育臨界低溫分別為卵8.43℃,幼蟲為5.65℃,蛹為5.53℃,卵~蛹為7.11℃。完成一世代(卵~蛹)之有效積溫為358.21日度(day-degrees)。估算該蟲在鳳山地區一年約發生25~26世代。由卵至蛹之發育速率以溫度(x),發育速率之迴歸方程式為Y=0.0028X-0.0199,r^2=0.9594。15~30℃之成蟲壽命為9.07±4.37天至3.58±1.40天。在兩雄一雌條件下平均產卵量為63.20±47.45至33.75±20.36粒。在25℃之產卵量最多,為183.70±83.19粒。

The developmental rates of the immature stages, fecundity and longevity of adult were determined in the laboratory of Liriomyza bryoniae on head mustard (Brassica juncea Coss) at 15, 20, 25, and 30°C. Regression equations relating temperature (X) to development rates (Y) for egg, larval and pupal stages were Y= 0.0124X-0.1045, r^2=0.9982**; Y=0.0110X-0.0622, r^2=0.9076**; Y=0.0049X-0.0271, r^2= 0.9692**; repectively. Maximum fecundity (183.70±83.19 eggs per female) was obtained at 25°C. Regression equation relating temperature (X) to days (Y) for longevity of adult was Y=14.898-0.3868X, r^2=0.9712**.
