環保社區營造之願景－以臺中市楓樹社區為例

本研究以臺中市楓樹社區為個案，瞭解受訪者對其環保社區營造之願景。方法：採用訪談法、參與觀察法及內容分析法，以楓樹社區政策決策者、居民、大樹日攤位經營者及參與大樹日活動之遊客為對象搜集資料，依據社區營造五大面向進行分析。結論：1.「人」：滿足社區居民需求及結合社區外之資源；2.「文」：行銷社區特色、增加環保活動推廣及終身學習；3.「地」：發展在地特色、維護社區的生態環境、提升社區知名度、加強環保教育；4.「產」：增加小農市集、研發麻芛相關衍生產品及增加行銷管道；5.「景」：建設更多教育資源的空間、讓社區保有純樸的樣貌、增設裝置藝術。本研究最後對政府、楓樹社區(居民、理事長、大樹日攤商)以及對未來後續研究提出建議。

This was a case study of Maple community in Taichung City, the main purpose was to explore its vision for an environmentally protection community. Method: Data was collected from Maple community policy maker, residents and the booth operator, visitors of the ＂Big Tree Day＂ event by interview method, participation observation method and content analysis method. Data was analyzed by the five major aspects of community development. Conclusion: 1. ＂People＂: Meet the needs of community residents and integrate resources outside the community; 2. ＂Text＂: Marketing community characteristics, increasing environmental protection activities and lifelong learning. 3. ＂Ground＂: Developing local characteristics, maintaining the ecological environment of the community, enhancing community awareness, and strengthening environmental education. 4. ＂Production＂: Increase the market for small farmers, research and development of paralyzed by-products and increase marketing channels. 5. “View”: Build more space for educational resources, keeping the community in a simple appearance, adding installation art. The study concluded with recommendations from the government, the Maple community (residents, directors, and the booths of Big Tree Day) and follow-up studies.
