原住民部落農業發展之地方感探討－以台東縣金峰鄉嘉蘭村為例

摘要

本研究在探討台東縣金峰鄉嘉蘭村風災後的農業地景演變與地方感轉化，調查方法包括文獻分析、參與觀察與深度訪談。研究結果發現：1.傳統混合栽培農業與現代無毒農業地景並存，也出現農業與觀光結合的地景；2.傳統農作物在文化意涵之外，也具有市場經濟與消費符號引喻；3.部分土地的開墾破壞與受政策法規限制使用是目前農業發展上困境；4.年輕人力缺少，但青農成為當地農業轉型主力，產銷班則是重要社會網絡基礎，兩者皆為地方感重要媒介與強化在地生產主體性的內部施作力；5.傳統農業智慧與現代農業科學連結，形成一個「新舊兼俱多元混合」的知識調整；6.外部施作力多為「協力」而非「主導」，讓嘉蘭村農業掌握更多主體性與地方感中之真實性。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the evolution of agricultural landscape and the transformation of sense of place after the disasters caused by typhoons in Jialan tribe, Jinfeng Township, Taitung County. The research methods included literature analysis, participation observation and in-depth interviews. The results found as follows: 1. The traditional mixed cultivation and modern non-toxic agricultural landscapes of Jialan tribe coexisted, and the landscape linking in both agriculture and tourism appeared; 2. In addition to local cultural meanings, traditional crops had symbolic metaphor of economic production and consumer market; 3. Some croplands were utilized without considering land ethics and restricted use by policies and regulations were currently dilemmas in local agricultural development; 4. Lack of young people was still a difficulty in local agricultural production, but young farmers were the main force of local agricultural transformation, and production and marketing groups in Jialan tribe were also important basis of local social network, both of which were important driving force in forming sense of place and important internal force to strengthen the subjective of local production; 5. Traditional agriculture knowledge and modern agricultural science were connected to form an knowledge adjustment of ＂Multivariate blending of old and new＂; 6. The intervention of external force was mostly in a ＂collaborative＂ rather than ＂leading＂ way, so that the agricultural development in Jialan tribe owned more locally subjective in production and authenticity in sense of place.
