國民小學教師對於學校輔導行政工作重視度與滿意度之研究

A Study on the Degree of Importance and Satisfaction of School Counseling Administrations for Elementary School Teachers

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民小學教師對於學校輔導行政工作的重視程度與滿意程度,並應用重要-表現程度分析(Importance-Performance Analysis; PA),以找出國民小學輔導行政待改善因素並提出建議,作為改善國民小學輔導行政工作之參考依據。為達此研究目的,本研究以「臺中市立各國民小學分層負責明細表」做為問卷架構,將輔導行政業務分為「輔導與諮商業務」、「輔導資料業務」、「特殊教育業務」及「其他業務」四個構面。本研究採用問卷調查法蒐集資料,研究對象為臺中市公立國民小學教師,問卷發放時間為2016年12月12日至2017年1月6日,共發放400份問卷,回收356份,有效問卷351份,有效回收率87.7%。將蒐集資料進行實證分析,研究結果顯示:1.國民小學教師對輔導行政工作的重視度高於滿意度,各構面中以「輔導與諮商業務」的重視程度最高,「特殊教育業務」的滿意程度最高。2.學校規模不同的教師對輔導行政工作重視度與滿意度有顯著差異,其他背景變項則沒有差異。3.學校輔導行政品質改善首重對教師提供諮詢服務、輔導支援協助以及輔導工作的整體規劃與溝通協調。4.教師認同辦理志工業務、辦理節慶活動以及推動學生榮譽制度。本研究將依此分析結果擬定相關改善策略,提供相關單位作為改善國民小學輔導行政工作之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the degree of importance and satisfaction of elementary school teachers on counseling office administrative services. This study utilized the Importance-performance analysis (IPA) to analyze the factors to the improvements of elementary school counseling administration, and in the meantime provide the suggestions as reference. For the study purpose, "Table of the Divisional responsibilities of Taichung Public Elementary Schools" was used for designing the structure of the questionnaire. It divides the counseling administrations into for four dimensions, "counseling and consulting services", "counseling information service", "special education service" and "other services". This study collected, compiled and analyzed the data collected from the questionnaires. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, of which 356 questionnaires were returned with a valid response rate of 87.7%. An empirical analysis on the data reveals the following findings: 1. The elementary school teachers interviewed showed that their attitude towards the importance of the counseling administrative services exceeded their satisfaction with those services. Among the dimensions, "counseling and consulting service" is with the highest level of importance, and "special education service" is with the highest level of satisfaction. 2. There is a significant difference among the attitudes of teachers with different school scales towards the counseling administrations in terms of importance and satisfaction. While there is no difference made to the other background variables. 3. The improvements on school counselling administrative quality aim for providing teachers advisory service and counselling support and the overall planning, communication and coordination of counselling administrations. 4. Teachers have reached a consensus on conducting the voluntary administration, festival activities and the promotion of student honor system. Based on the findings of this research, the author will draft strategies for improvements made to the services of elementary school counseling administrations.
